Overview
LeaveNow ("the App") helps you monitor travel routes and notifies you when it's time to leave. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Information We Collect
Location Data
- The App accesses your location only when you are using the App to help you select nearby places on the map.
- Location data is used solely to calculate driving routes and estimated travel times via Apple MapKit.
- We do not store, transmit, or share your location data with any server. All location processing happens on your device.
Advertising Data
- The App uses Google AdMob to display ads.
- AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA) and usage data to serve personalized or contextual ads.
- You can opt out of personalized ads through the App Tracking Transparency prompt or in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

Local Storage
- Your trip configuration (origin, destination, check interval, target ETA) is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults.
- This data never leaves your device.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal contact information.
- We do not collect or transmit your location to any external server.
- We do not use analytics or crash reporting services.
- We do not create user accounts or profiles.
Third-Party Services
Data Retention
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all stored data.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
